Millen Valuations Ltd was established in March 2005 by Grant Millen and operates as a limited liability company.

Director

Graduating from Lincoln University with a Bachelor of Commerce (VPM), Grant started his career as a Government Bursa, and then moved into private practice.
He has worked in both small and large valuation practices within Auckland since 1992.
His services include predominantly residential mortgage valuations and also consultancy advice.
Since 1992 Grant has dealt with and provided accurate valuations to leading Banks and Financial Institutions, establishing a sound reputation.

Grant is an associate member of of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers (ANZIV) and Property Institute of New Zealand.
